Return Policy

We, at Wilkinson Fly Fishing, strive to provide the best quality products and service to you, our customer, in order that you are 100% pleased with your purchase and shopping experience.  If, at any time, you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange a return.  All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days for a full refund, credit, or replacement. All sales of sale, clearance or special order items are final unless otherwise noted or the product is found to be defective.  No action will be taken until we receive the returned product. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless it is due to our error. Please send a copy of your receipt and your return address, including contact information, in case we need to get in touch with you. Rods may be lawn cast, but not fished and must not have a dirty grip and/or the plastic grip protection removed. Any footwear/clothing/waders may be tried on for fit indoors only, and any used items will not qualify for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
